What time is check in / check out?

Normal check-in time is from 15:00 pm, check-out is until 11 am the next day, and may be subject to change.

Where is Front desk or Reception?

Room number 1737 on 17th floor. Please use staff elevator for the first time only.

Early check-in is possible?


You must ask to our front desk in advance.

It depends on the room occupation on that day. If it is okay for early check-in, fee is KRW 10,000 per a hour.

Or you can check your luggage at our front desk.

Can I leave my luggages after check-out?


You can check your luggage at our front desk.

We will charge KRW 1,000 for an hour per luggage after check out. (10,000 won per 1 day)

Can I choose room view upon booking?


We will do our best to fulfil your request but it cannot be guaranteed in advance.


Can I pay in cash?


Yes, you can pay in cash in Korean currency.


Young people under the age of 19 can stay in the hotel overnight without parents?


We require relevant documents when staying with minors (under 19 years of age) who are not accompanied by legal guardians.

Can four people be used in the same room?

In this case, we recommend "Superior Deluxe Twin" and "Triple Room" to accommodate up to four people available.
