We require relevant documents to minors (under 19 years of age) who are not accompanied by legal guardians.

1. One original copy of "consent of guardian to accommodation for minor"

2. One copy of the legal guardian's ID card (when copying the ID card, cover the resident number)

3. One copy of a family relationship certificate that shows the relationship between legal guardians and the minor issued within three months
