Member Terms and Conditions Chapter 1
General Rules
Article 1 (Objects)
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to provide service to members of Sky Bay Gyeongpo Hotel's website (hereinafter referred to as service) provided by the
Sky Bay Gyeongpo Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the company) and to provide the service conditions, procedures and other necessary information.

Article 2 (Activity of the Terms and Conditions)
1. These terms and conditions shall take effect by posting them on the service screen or by e-mail or other means after the disclosure procedure in accordance with
Article 31 of the Telecommunications Business Act and Article 21.2 of the Enforcement Rules of the same Act.
2. The company can change these terms and conditions. The changed terms and conditions will take effect by notifying or notifying the changes.

Article 3 (According to regulations other than the terms and conditions)
Matters not specified in this Agreement shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Telecommunications Framework Act, the Telecommunications Business Act
and other relevant statutes.

Article 4 (Definitions of Terms)

1. Members : Customers who have signed a service contract with the company
2. ID: Combination of letters and numbers selected by a member to identify a member and use the member's service
3. Password: Combination of letters and numbers set by the members themselves for the confidentiality of the members
4. Operator: Person selected by the company for overall management and smooth operation of the service

Chapter 2 Service contract

Article 5 (Building a contract for use)
1. When asked, Do you agree to the terms and conditions above? the member clicks the I Agree button and is deemed to accept this regulation.
2. The service contract is established by the company agreeing to the member's application for use.

Article 6 (Application for use)

Article 7 (Approval of the application for use)
1. The company approves when a member submits an application for use by accurately listing all matters set out in Article 6.
2. The company may withhold approval for a service application in subparagraph 1 of each of the following

②  In case of technical difficulties
3. If other companies are deemed necessary, the company may not approve the application for use in subparagraph 1 of each of the following.
① The name is not a real name
② If an application is made using another person's name
③ In case necessary details are entered falsely when applying for use
④ In case of application for the purpose of hindering the well-being order or customs of society
⑤ In case the service application requirement specified by the company is not fulfilled

Article 8 (Contents of Service)
When using the hotel's various facilities, the members are provided with services such as rate discounts and information
provision using e-mail, and the details of the
service are posted separately on the website.

Chapter 3 Using the Service

Article 9 (Company's Duty)
1. The company shall not divulge or distribute the members' personal information in relation to the service
provision to a third party without their consent.
However, this is not the case if the request of a state agency is made under the provisions of the Framework
Act on Telecommunications, etc., if the request is made by
the Information and Communication Ethics Committee, or if the request is made under the procedure prescribed by other related statutes.
2. For personal information provided by an individual, the company shall keep the information provided
for one year in principle and automatically extend it by one year
unless the individual specifically raises objections.

Article 10 (duty on member ID and password management)
1. The member shall be responsible for all management of the member's ID and password. The members shall be responsible for all consequences resulting from the
user ID, password management hall, and fraudulent use of the information given to the members.
2. If your ID is used negatively, the member must inform the company.

Article 11 (Changes in Contracts)
The member shall make an online modification if the information entered at the time of application has been changed.

Article 12 (member's duty)
1. The members shall comply with the company's notice, such as the related statutes, the provisions of these terms and conditions,
instructions on use, and precautions, and shall not commit acts that interfere with the company's work.
2. The members shall not engage in any profit-making activities using the service without prior consent from the company.
3. The members shall not copy, duplicate, alter, translate, publish, broadcast, or otherwise provide information obtained using the service to others without prior
consent from the company.
4. The members shall not perform any of the following actions in connection with the service use
① In case of fraudulent use of the ID of another member
② An act aimed at or related to a criminal act
③ Damage to good customs and other social order
④ An act of defaming or insulting another person's reputation
⑤ An act that infringes on the rights of other persons, such as intellectual property rights, etc
⑥ Hacking or spreading computer viruses
⑦ An act to transmit certain information, such as advertisement information, against the will of others
⑧ Any act that may or may interfere with the stable operation of the service
⑨ Other acts in violation of relevant laws

Article 13 (Providing information and publishing advertisements)
1. The company may provide the members with various information that is recognized as necessary while using the service, such as how to post it on its website.
2. The company can disseminate information related to service operation by e-mail, letter mail, and wireline media.

Article 14 (Stop providing services)
1. The company may stop providing the service if
①  In case of inevitable service construction, such as repair of service facilities
②  In the event that the telecommunication service provider, as provided under the Telecommunications Business Act, has stopped the telecommunication service
2. The company may restrict or suspend all or part of the service in the event of a disruption to normal service use due to a national
emergency, power failure, service facilities, or heavy drinking.

Article 15 (Copyright of Posts)
The rights to the materials published in the service are as follows.
① The rights and responsibilities of the post shall lie with the publisher and the company shall not use it for a spiritual purpose without the publisher's consent.
However, this is not the case for non-profit and also has the right to publish in the service.
② The members shall not use commercially available data posted on the service, such as processing and selling information obtained using the service.

Article 16 (Limits on Contracts and Use)
1. When a member intends to terminate a service contract, the member shall apply to the company through the service.
2. The company may terminate the service contract if the member violates Article 12 and other terms and conditions and fails to resolve them within the company's
prescribed period.

Article 17 (damage compensation)
The company shall not be held liable for any damages incurred to the member in connection with the service provided free of charge, except in the case of serious
negligence of the company.

Article 18 (Exempt, indemnity)
1. The company shall not assume any responsibility for the information, data, accuracy of facts, reliability, etc. posted by the member on the service,
and the member shall use the service under his or her own responsibility, and shall be responsible for all damages or disadvantages related to the use of the
data posted or transmitted using the service.
2. The company shall not assume any responsibility in relation to goods trade or the member's expected profits in relation to the service use
by the member or the member or a third party by means of a service in violation of the provisions of Article 10.
3. The members shall be responsible for any damages caused by careless use of the member's ID and password or for fraudulent use by a third party.
4. In the event the company is liable to the member or a third party for violating Article 12 and other provisions of this Agreement, and the company suffers
damages, the member who violates this Agreement shall compensate the company for all damages incurred and shall indemnify the company from damages.

Article 19 (resolution of disputes)
1. The company and the members shall make all necessary efforts to smooth out disputes arising out of the service.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1, if a suit is filed due to this dispute, the court in charge of the location of the company's
headquarters shall be the competent court.

Reservation Terms and Conditions

cancellation regulation
Cancellation and change of reservation is available until 16 o'clock three days before check-in. After that, cancellation or modification will
result in a penalty according to hotel regulations.
For cancellation before 16:00 two days prior to entry date, 30% of room rate will be penalty upon initial reservation.
If the cancellation is made before 16:00 a.m. one day prior to the entry date, 50% of the room rate will be penalty upon initial reservation.
100% of room rate will be penalty upon initial reservation for cancellation after 16:00 a.m. 1 day prior to entry date.

Agreement on the collection and utilization of personal information (required)

Article 1 General rule
The Sky Bay Gyeongpo Hotel (the company) values your personal information and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and
Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
The company will inform you about the use of the personal information you provide through the privacy policy and what measures are
taken to protect your personal information.
The company will notify the revision of the personal information handling policy through the website notice (or individual notice).

Article 2 Personal Information Items Collected
The company collects the following personal information for membership, consultation, service application, etc.

information printed on paper is shredded or destroyed through incineration.

Article 6 Providing Personal Information
In principle, the company does not provide the users' personal information to the outside world. Exceptions are made in the following cases.

the procedures and methods prescribed in the Act for investigation purposes

Article 7 The withdrawal of consent for the collection, use and provision of personal information

Article 4 Sharing and Providing Personal Information
